Thank you for wanting to join the SFAA. Sorry, but we don't have an online payment system for purchasing an SFAA membership. However, we do want to make it easier for you to apply.

The form below has been made available so that you can generate your own custom printable membership form that you then can print out and mail to the club. Just fill in the form below and click the "Generate Application" button. This will create a printable membership application. Just use your browser's Print ability to print out the application and mail it to us the old fashioned way with a check or money order as payment. Mailing and payment information will appear on the generated application.
