All meetings listed below are subject to change of time and location depending on availability of the given meeting site.

Board Meetings

SFAA board meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month at the Randall Museum (199 Museum Way; near San Francisco's Buena Vista Park). (Cick for directions) The meetings start at 7:00pm and are open to the general membership.

General Meetings

SFAA General Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of every month at the Randall Museum (199 Museum Way; near San Francisco's Buena Vista Park). (Cick for directions) The meetings start at 7:30pm and are open to the general public. Following the meetings a presentation or lecture will be given on, or related to, the subject of astronomy.

General Meeting Refreshments Volunteers: If you would like to volunteer to bring in refreshments or some sort of easy to eat non-messy snack to share with meeting members, then please email the .


General Meeting Lecture Schedule
Lectures at SFAA General Meetings take place after the meeting is ajourned and are located in Randall Museum, the same location as the meeting. The meetings last approximately one hour, lectures vary in length from one half hour to an hour and a half.
