The SFAA hosts monthly members-only star parties at the Rock Springs parking lot in Mt Tamalpais State Park. The parking lot is above the Pan Toll ranger station, near the Mountain Theater.

IMPORTANT: In order to maintain our Mt. Tamalpais permit, all members MUST arrive before sunset. The gate to the parking lot will be locked after sunset.

    You recently joined, so a free parking pass will be mailed to you soon. In the meantime, Mt. Tam star party coordinators should have some loaner parking passes to use for the night.
