SFAA New Meeting Venue in 2015 – San Francisco Presidio, Observation Post / Building 211

Beginning with our first meeting / lecture series on Tuesday 17 February 2015, the San Francisco Amateur Astronomers will hold our monthly events in a new venue. Meetings / lectures will be held in the San Francisco Presidio at the Observation Post / Building 211. Snacks and conversation will begin at 7:00 PM, followed by the monthly meeting at 7:30 PM and lecture at 8:00 PM. From now on, meetings / lectures will be on the third Tuesday of the month. Please mark your calendars accordingly.

The SFAA is tremendously excited about our new venue as it is, well, the Presidio, a spectacular setting. The Presidio also offers a larger meeting space with significantly more parking for attendees. From time to time, weather permitting, the SFAA will also hold City Star Parties at the Presidio Main Parade Ground.
